Please note that we do not offer free returns; fees apply.

Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must still include all appropriate parts, components, and packaging as they were originally delivered.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakages due to negligent handling are excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must have been carefully cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: support@anzarra.com
  • Make sure the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer's first name + last name
    • Customer's address
  • We will then contact you and provide the return address.
  • Never return the product to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier has taken physical possession of the goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal becomes effective when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the buyer.

Registering for Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods before returning them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract and receive the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, this refund will not incur any fees for you.
